Pitänee siis palata neulomuksien pariin, juhlat on ensi lauantaina. Langan väri ei ole ihan noin vaalea, salaman vika.
Älä kiinnitä huomiota sotkuun kuvan taustalla.

Vegan Knitness, obviously! Vegan Fitness is an excisting consept for the athletic vegans. I've never been much of a sporty girl... So here's the knitting version of vegan fitness. A (non-knitter) friend came up with it, and I do think he had the best idea anyone has ever had! This was the first time I made something with a stencil I created myself. And I have a strong suspicion that I'm going to be doing that again.
That's Backyard Leaves-scarf on the needle. I'm making it for my cousin for her graduation. I'd better get back to the knitting, her party is next saturday. The color is not that light green, it's just the flash.
Pay no attention to the mess on the background.

The other day I made another pair of hand/wrist warmers for a friend of mine. Actually the same friend I made the last pair to..she unfortunately lost them. The pattern is from the book Last Minute Knitted Gifts, and the yarn is Novita's Pirta. The pattern is from the two-to-four-hour section, and it took me 2hours and 20minutes, and I even made 8rows more than in the pattern.
Yes, I timed it.. I'm a geek.

Great shirt, how did you make the stencil?
Thanks!
I printed the text in stencil-font to a transparency(?). Then cut it with a carpetknife..and THAT took me forever.
